TOUR PROGRAM- Rastoke sightseeing up to 1,5h

Arrival at the water pearl where our guide welcomes you.

We start our tour above the last waterfalls, descend into Donje Rastoke by crossing one of the oldest bridges, where we visit the mills and estates of Rastok natives. In Donji Rastoki, we visit the old mill where we will describe and show you the operation of the old mill in detail and where you can buy various grain products.

After getting acquainted with the old ways of working, which fortunately have survived to this day, the road leads us to Gornji Rastoki, where the most beautiful Rastoki estates are located, after visiting which we continue to the newly renovated promenade and lookout point, where the tour of this Croatian jewel ends.

Rafting

Rafting Korana is about navigating the Korana river in rafts through a plethora of wild and untamable rapids and sedge barriers where you will feel a rush of adrenalin and the excitement of this sport.

You navigate solely through the less accessible parts of the Korana river which makes this an extreme, unforgettable and adventurous experience.
Passing through the most difficult and fastest part of the Korana river, length of about 10 kilometers.

You pass through beautiful river canyons, and there is no populated areas along the stream.
On the way you will encounter a few old and abandoned water mills. In this part of the river there are over thirty waterfalls of which all can be crossed by boat.

For the true adventurers and adrenalin junkies, we have a 15km route which includes the most extreme part of the river; Rastoke, a competitive track where the EURO KUPA „RAST RAFT“ race is hosted, where professional rafters from ten countries compete for the title of the best.

We start in the early morning hours, usually around 10AM in front of our Tourist center “Mirjana Rastoke”.
The route ends in the town of Hrvatski blagaj.

 – On request we organise an afternoon tour with a start at 15:00h!

Homemade beef soup with noodles, carrots and celery

Grill platter „Korana“ – stuffed burger, ćevapčići, chicken steak (stuffed with cheese wrapped in smoked bacon), grilled sausage, butter with herbs, fresh cheese with herbs, ajvar, rice with vegetables, pommes frites

Apple strudel in vanilla sauce with hot sour cherries topping
